Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using App Locker Pro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the App.
• Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense the App.
• Do not use the App to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any device, service or network.

Device security responsibility

App Locker Pro is a convenience and privacy tool, not a certified security product. You are responsible for choosing strong PINs and for the security of your device. We do not guarantee that the App will prevent all unauthorized access, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from a security breach, device compromise or data loss on your device.

Android device requirements

The App relies on Android system features (usage access, biometric authentication, foreground services). Some features may not work on every device, every Android version or every custom ROM. Features may also stop working if the device manufacturer restricts them or if system permissions are revoked.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, graphics and branding, is owned by App Locker Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with all devices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Locker Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or device functionality, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App, or terminate your license, at any time. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
